DP Company Review- Prestigify

          Still really disappointed with this company. Granted it is a small DP but I don't think I'll be finishing this one. Looks blurred    and most of the drills are concaved and that means they are going to pop off.

I'll just leave this here to remind myself what a bad company and diamond painting I dealt with.


First and foremost this is MY experience with this company. I am really unhappy with how this company handles customer service. I did file a complaint with BBB. This company is NOT located in NJ like the website states. They are in B.C.( They have now suddenly moved back to NJ)

          They no longer sell Diamond Paintings. They only sell ART supplies.
           I can NOT in good faith recommend this company. I would not buy from them at all.
           They are listed on TrustPilot as well and many have had issues with the company.

I just received notice(7-30-2020) from BBB that the company responded to their request on my behalf. I have to say that Prestigify lied about a couple of things.
                                               MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:

Thank you for letting us know about this concern. First of, we apologize for any trouble.
We did not receive any email from the customer as shown on our attachment. We reply within 24 hours to all of ours customer so it is impossible that we missed her email.
Yes that is my other email I use for subscriptions to blogs and for orders I make online :)

First I did send an email on the 27th of July and got no response at all. They stated they did not receive an email from me when I know  they did ( It's in my SENT Folder). I am really upset.
I've seen other reviews on TrustPilot that no they do NOT respond to emails within 24 hours. Some don't get a response at all.
I sent an email stating that my package has been in CHINA since JULY 4TH!! That I wanted a refund and I am done dealing with this.

IT(the package) just now on July 29th showed up in tracking as being in the US.

#2 They said this- Customer placed the order June 25, 2020 and as stated on our website shipping to USA could take up to 21 days. 

Nope not one thing on the website stating 21 days- 


USA: 3-7 business days
International: Not currently available
Tracking numbers are provided by email after a short processing period.

This is what I found on the website. WHERE DO OUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM
All products are shipping from Cranbury New Jersey, USA.

I honestly have nothing more to say at this time. I'll update this when I finally get my package. 

 I received the package today Aug 5th 2020. Just 1 day shy of 6 weeks!

Wonder what happened to the 21 days they stated in that message to BBB??? Hmmmmm

Really funny now they have sent 2 emails to me about how they are coming back to NJ and focusing only on shipping from the USA. 


Straight forward to the point.
