Take a break and sit outside alone and listen to nature. Try not to
dwell on the past and look forward to another day. Look forward to the
future, be it reading books, watching TV, walking in parks, sitting on a
river bank fishing, walking on the beach or sitting in your own yard
stitching and listening to the wind blow and watching the leaves fall ,
